Q. What do you need to provide?
A. You only need to provide a good quality image file (not blurry) of your logo in PNG or JPG format. specify the animated logo, send the Logo Animation ID and the selected package.
Q. How does the payment process?
A. after you choose the template and hit "buy" button, you will send order message to us, after that we will send an invoice and payment link via Whatsapp using Paypal and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) as a global trusted payment gateway.
Q. How long does the process take?
A. The processing time is 1-2 working days, we start working after we ensure we have received the payment.
Q. What format will the file be sent and does it include the source file?
A. Files will be delivered in .MP4 / .MOV format for video files, .PSD/.PNG for image files and .AI for vector files. There is an additional charge if you want us to send you the source files. Fell Free for tell us.
Q. If there is a revision, what can be revised and how long will it take?
A. If there are revisions, they are minor. Namely only to the color, duration and text overlay components. It takes 1 day for each revision.
